Holy Floodgates, Batman!

Well, that didn’t take long.  After being re-launched for a week, we’ve both had to slide our little “lavatory” signs to “occupied”.  The last thing we want to do is make promises we can’t keep and since we’ve been getting a lot of requests, it’s important that we keep our timelines as up-to-date as possible. We believe in good communication and we’re very excited about our new opportunities.

I’m not currently accepting new clients until late August.  Again, I’m moving on July 15th, but I will be back online as soon as I’m able to get situated and can bribe the cable guy with brownies to hook me up ASAP.  Which reminds me, I owe the boys at EE some brownies… I better get to baking.

No, We’ve Always Looked This Cool

Who? Us? Oh that snazzy new redesign! With our new changes at Moxie we decided a facelift and a complete overhaul of the site was in order.  We have added a bunch of new features including a handy dandy resources area which is chock full of goodies, answers to your most frequently asked questions, a new improved portfolio with some neato sorting features and coming soon, the VIP Lounge and other fun goodies like the “Cocktail of the Month”.  Mmmm hmm.

Many thanks must go out to Derek Yaniger for his amazing illustration work.  We told him our idea and the color palette and he translated them into exactly what we hoped for but better.  Aren’t we cute?  We’d also like to give a hearty thank you to the folks over at Expression Engine who have helped us tirelessly time and time again helping us make this site it’s best.  Thank you Paul and Rick for all your help and support.

What’s in a Name?

Magician, actor and comedian Penn Jillette picked out a great, albeit unusual, name for his newborn baby girl… Moxie CrimeFighter Jillette.

Jillette, 50, and his wife Emily, 39, welcomed Moxie CrimeFighter Jillette on Friday, according to publicist Glenn Schwartz. It was the first child for the couple, who married last year.

That Penn Jillette… he sure does have good taste.

Dog Days Of Summer

Between all the great projects I am working on right now and some exciting new things going on behind the scenes that I am almost ready to unleash, I haven’t had time to notice it’s been raining non-stop here in “sunny” Florida for the last week in honor of the beginning of summer.  Wonderful.  I have busy squirreled away working on a podcasting project with a redesign and a bunch of new re-designs that are in the works.  I also just completed the sexy redesign of YourPrivates.com, they have some interesting items over there.

I am still accepting new client projects, though I won’t be able to start anything new until late July but more realistically, early August.  I may have a trip up north to see my in-laws sometime this summer, (16 grueling hours in the car with my husband and two dogs, weee!) so I will be without proper tools to do any kind of work.  But do not fret, I will be connected at the hip to my email in case the Internet blows up.

me!” is what I feel like shouting in the mornings these days.  I’m really enjoying working with so many different clients at once, from the re-branding of several authors to an “in-progress” music education media site to the freshly launched financial site, StockMarketBulls.com 

I’m still accepting new clients, but my current timeline to begin is now around the end of July.  I’ll be out of town June 9th - 14th, but will be back in the office to answer your emails as soon as possible.  I’m moving on July 15th, so I may be incommunicado for a few days, but rest assured, I’ll be in touch as soon as I get my hands on an internet connection.  Please don’t hesitate to drop me an email if you have any questions.
