- 1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VSOP cognac
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup
- 2 Strawberries halved in mixing glass
- Garnish: strawberry
Muddle ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with Strawberry.
I thought this might make a nice Valentine’s cocktail, if you’re looking for something frou-frou for the upcoming holiday. This looked like one Kathy would like and since she’s currently in a cocktail-free family way, I’ll have to test it out for her. Being an auntie is hard. 😉
