This was my first experience working directly with a web design professional, so I do not have a lot of experience to draw on for comparison, but it was a great pleasure to collaborate with Joelle!
From the very first response, she set herself apart from the other professionals who responded to me. She was forthcoming and very thorough, and she was not in the least bit dismissive when some of my initial expectations needed to be level-set.
Her communication throughout the project would have been enough to make me a repeat customer, but she is also a great collaborator as well. The limitations of Squarespace made it difficult to fully evaluate her technical prowess, but I implemented the majority of her suggestions, and they definitely improved the site’s navigation, look and feel.
Her rates were very reasonable based on the research I was able to do beforehand.
I would absolutely work with Joelle again, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with a website.
